“When Christians react to elections with despair and panic, they [demonstrate] that their faith is in the wrong place…Salvation is not something that Caesar holds in his hand, whether to give or withhold.” – via Douglas Wilson

And done.

I waited until this afternoon to go vote and it paid off – only 5 people were in front of me in line, and one of those was an infant.  A lot better than the out-the-door line that was there when I drove by this morning.

And now, I’m gonna go get my free Starbucks.
See? Another enticing reason to go vote today.

And while you’re at it, go vote in the Rumble too.

Me and CB should be steel-chairin’-to-the-face all these jokers, but for some unknown reason, we’re a little behind in the vote getting.  I guess they’ve never seen Mr. Brown’s frogsplash off the top rope.

Pray for America. On the whole, Americans are charitable, family oriented, hard working and God fearing. That will not change no matter who is in the White House. Whoever is elected, I hope that our new leader will be treated with respect by his countrymen.
